Every order is handled with precision and care — and if something doesn’t go as expected, our team will resolve it quickly, fairly, and with genuine commitment to your satisfaction.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout — including size, color, and quantity — to ensure everything is correct.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, and a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@outletzk.com and include your order number for faster processing.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections such as size or color.
If an error was made with your order, you can cancel within 24 hours and place a new order instead.

Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.
Items are eligible for return if:
The item arrived damaged or defective.
You received the wrong product.
The product differs significantly from its online description.
Items are not eligible for return if:
The item has been used, washed, or altered.
It has minor cosmetic flaws (like loose threads).
It’s missing original tags or packaging.
The damage was not caused by Outletzk.
How to Request a Refund
Please email support@outletzk.com with the following information:
Your order number.
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
Proof of purchase.
Shipping receipt (if applicable).
⚠️ Important: Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after your returned item has been received and inspected.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Refunds include original shipping charges.
If your refund does not appear within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider for assistance.
Important Notes
Return window: 120 days from delivery
Return shipping costs: Customer’s responsibility (unless the issue is Outletzk’s fault)
Outletzk is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
