Please note: Items that are used, damaged, washed, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Timeframe
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.

  • A brief reason for return

  • A photo or video of the item, especially if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue was due to our error (for example, a defective or incorrect item).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exceptions & Limitations
Returns may be refused or only partially refunded if:
