At OUTLETZK LLC, we’re dedicated to ensuring that every order from outletzk.com arrives quickly, securely, and with the care you deserve. This policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery for all purchases made through our online store.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within one business day — Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed along the way.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to make sure your orders arrive safely and on schedule:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Please note: Delivery times are based on carrier estimates and may vary due to weather, distance, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Coverage

Outletzk proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the carrier details, tracking number, and a direct link to monitor your package in real time.

Risk of Loss and Title

All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier takes possession of your package. Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package seems lost, delayed, or missing, please:

  1. Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members in case they received the package on your behalf.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If the issue is still unresolved, please contact us at support@outletzk.com within seven (7) business days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll assist in investigating the situation.

For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements are not guaranteed, our team will do everything possible to help you through the process.

Incorrect Address Policy

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you immediately. You may choose to have the package resent (additional shipping fees may apply) or request a refund (minus the original shipping cost).

Multiple Shipments

For large or multi-item orders, products may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive individual tracking details for each shipment.
